Delivery time is tonight but editor has only completed 40% and it’s already 4 PM.
Due date is in next 2 hours but project is 2 mins long (tight turnaround).
Resource & Material Management
Missing resources in the project folder.
Missing voiceover artist name in Project overview.
Client requests a thumbnail addition to their video (last-minute extra requirement).
Because of freelancer time constraints, source file needs to be requested beforehand.
